WORK HISTORY

Webmaster/Computer/Education Specialist for the Student Success Center Norfolk State University, Norfolk Virginia 2011 - present

· Provide media support and consultations with staff for media design, updates, and website maintenance.

· Managing the computer hardware and software, providing insight and updates on recommendations for replacing and/or upgrading computer hardware and software, as well as providing in-house Blackboard support for the Spartan Success Center.

· Assist the associate director with the development and coordination of activities and other programmatic functions to support the mentoring program.

· Created the multiple websites and brochures for the CSET in support of graduate programs including the Cleanroom, Information Assurance, Engineering graduate program, Computer Science graduate program, Materials Science graduate program, PREM, NanoHub workshops, The Hodge Institute for Entrepreneurship, Center of Excellence in Health Disparities, and the Student Success Center.
